How quickly will I receive a reply?
Enquiries are normally answered the same working day, Monday to Friday. Messages received outside working hours will be reviewed on the next working day.
Do you run public first aid courses?
No. First aid training is delivered for organisations at their premises or another agreed venue. Group sizes can be from 1 to 12 learners.
What information helps with a training quotation?
The training town or area, estimated learner numbers, preferred timeframe and any start or finish-time requirement are the most useful details. Select “Please advise” if you are unsure which qualification route is appropriate.
Is the first business-support discussion free?
Yes. The initial confidential discussion is free and without obligation. Its purpose is to understand the problem or required outcome and establish whether the service is a suitable fit.
Will my details be used for marketing?
